Does ProsperOps move commitment between customers to manage their risk?

No. Section 1.d of Google Cloud’s Pricing and Billing Terms of Service state that Committed Units (CUDs) may not be resold or transferred between customers unless explicitly authorized by Google. ProsperOps operates entirely within the customer’s billing account to execute CUD management and does not transfer commitment instruments.

There are CUD brokers who will illegally move commitments between customers, which breaches the customer’s Google Cloud Service Terms. ProsperOps does not engage in this practice.
